Following documents are required to filed with form EES, 2010….

1)      Affidavits from each Director of the Company on Rs. 10 stamp paper.

2)       Indemnity Bond from each Director on Rs. 100 stamp paper.

3)  A board resolution

4)      Directors residential address proof (Certified by Whole time Practicing Professional.

5)      A statement of Accounts 30 days before from the date of filing of form certified by Statutory Auditor of the Company or Practicing Chartered Accounted.

The formats of Affidavits, Indemnity bonds and Statement of accounts are attached herewith.

The form is available on MCA-21 Site under E –Forms and no fees is charged for filing this form.

plz. help its urgent

We have filed the EES 2010 and we received a rejection letter in respect of application for striking off the name of company under the EES 2010.the reason is the co. showing Rs.3710711 as current assets in the statement of accounts, as per ministry direction no assets/liabilties require hence rejected.?

I require what is the process for giving reply to this rejection...
