Eed urgent formats

I need the following formats for NBFC plz help me urgent

1. Board Resolution to the effect that the Directors are not associated with any vanishing cancelled or rejected company.                                   
2. Declaration by directors that they are not involved in any criminal cases.                                                                                          
3. Declaration of Directors regarding their non-association with the. unincorporated bodies, which accept public deposit, under section 45S of The RBI Act, 1934.  
4. Board Resolution to the effect that the company does not accept/hold public deposit and will not accept public deposit in future without prior permission of the Bank.                                                                                      
5. Auditor’s certificate to the effect that the company has never accepted public deposits since inception and does not hold any public deposits as on       Date.                                                                                            
6. Auditors certificate to the effect that the company has complied with all the prudential norms prescribed by RBI.  
7. NOF certificate issued by the auditor
8. Statutory auditors certificate in terms of CC-79 & CC-81
9. Board resolution  regarding formulation and implementation of FPC, KYC, PMLA in terms of CC-340 and CC-339
