In case eduactional Institute is formed under a trust whether it is identified as a seperate legal entity and ,If yes, what is the legal status whether an AOP or BOI?
It will be one of the segments of the trust and could only be treated undet the trust. no separate legal entity unless it take a separate registration as a trust.
