Section 161(3) is there in supplementary issued by ICAI but Munish Bhandari says it isn't applicable. Thank God I also read before supplementary issued by ICAI.
Do not focus on results .. just concentrate on your next paper

Law paper was drafted questioning specific area. Unless you are not thorough with provisons you cannot answer. moreover theory hence you cannot predict. it depends upon valuation.Some questions like compromise were direct but other areas they expect specific points
