Easy ext scheme

One of my company i shaving a Unsecured loan amounting to Rs. 40 lac, cn it avail the EES-2011 scheme. As the circuar only mention that companys having secured loan cannot avail this scheme. Also the said loan is taken from directors and family friends.

My question is cn i avail the scheme directly without sqarring up or hv to make the UL position as nill n den apply. In case if hv to make it Nill, cn sum1 suggest me the way out to do the same. Response awaited..

pl. note that there should not be any assets or liability in the books of accts of the company, therefore pl. pay out of sale proceed to secured creditors. then only u can avail easy exit route.

u can ask further, if any qn. is there.

Details regarding the Easy Exit Scheme is in the MCA21 website they also have a toll free number wherefrom you can ask and clear any duobt regarding any any scheme of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, So if you have any doubt please call them as it is very good service of MCA. I have also used the toll free service of MCA, they can give you very Proper suggestuion regarding the matter of yours.
