One of my company i shaving a Unsecured loan amounting to Rs. 40 lac, cn it avail the EES-2011 scheme. As the circuar only mention that companys having secured loan cannot avail this scheme. Also the said loan is taken from directors and family friends.
My question is cn i avail the scheme directly without sqarring up or hv to make the UL position as nill n den apply. In case if hv to make it Nill, cn sum1 suggest me the way out to do the same. Response awaited..

pl. note that there should not be any assets or liability in the books of accts of the company, therefore pl. pay out of sale proceed to secured creditors. then only u can avail easy exit route.
