QUESTION:- Suppose a Salaried employee (lady) has one child and she gives birth to 3 more children at a same time can she claim Hostel or Eaducation Allowances for all her 4 children????????

Yes lady can claim if she born triple baby like twins at same time.

The act just says 2 children and not the number of children born at a particular time.....
