E-waybill required ?
Dear sir, Today after noon received material with invoice & E-waybill.That Product our Quality dept was rejected.My quary same product returned (intra state ) Party already given the E-waybill that is enough or any documents required or given the new E-way bill. Pl.give your suggestions.

if the time period of e waybill not lapsed .then u can send the material without a new e waybill...otherwise it requires...
Yes .... have to generate new eway for return of Goods
new eway bill is required for every movement whether it is return of the same
