Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the requirement for an e-way bill when transporting waste materials. Generally, an e-way bill is mandatory for goods exceeding £50,000 in value. For consignments below this threshold, such as the £15,000 waste transport scenario described, an e-way bill is typically not required. A delivery challan may suffice in these cases, though state-specific regulations can vary.

E way bill is not necessary since value is less than 50k
More than 50 k the e way bill compulsory
If invoice value is greater than 50k rupees then E-way bill mandatory
Not mandatory

you can do it with Delivery Challan

For E-Way bill there is a limit on value of goods. This limit differs from state of state. For most of the states the limit is 50000. If the value of goods is less than 50000 then E-Way bill is not required
