we are mumbai based transporter and my query is consignment reaches the destination within stipulated time.but
consignee can take the material after the validity period of e way bill.???

Yes if the conveyance is inside the compound of consignee
from transporters godown ????
NO, BECAUSE THE EWAY IS UPTO THE CONSIGNEE PLACE TO UPTO TRANSPORTER PLACE
if u declared as place of business , then no need.
