If a Registered Dealer of FMCG goods makes inter-state transactions of less than ₹50,000,then is he liable to prepare e-way bill or not???

No, need to take E way bill if goods value is less than Rs 50,000
YEs not required if the value of goods is less than 50000 Rupees. But since it is an interstate sale, it is better if you generate GST E way bill. it just takes 3-5 minutes. i would recommend this
No E-waybill require less then 50K
