if we do any sale transaction more than 50 k in same premises and goods send by hand then we need to generate e way bill ?
please suggest.

Eway is required when goods is transported via motorise Conveyance & value of consignment is > 50k
Eway bill not required.............
If u send goods to transport office from ur premises with in 20 km,no E way bill,But Part A will b generated by u,then Part B will b generate by transporter at the time or transportation of same goods.
