In my view, you should not revise the bill.

Yes , you can but has to cancel the Eway bill.
Note : But if it is being checked by any officer on the way then you cannot Revise it.
Moreover not advisable to revise but to do any adjustment in bill , can done by issuing Debit Note or Credit Note
