E way bill on renting of machinery and receive back
maxhinery send to person for rent to another state....at that time e way bill was generated and now machinery renting validity expired...so how to get such machinery back and what should be show in eway bill???

As per Rule 55 (1) of CGST Rules : When delivery challan can be issued for transportation of goods without an invoice. "Transportation of goods for reasons other than by way of supply".
Since the supply here is Service by way of renting of plant & Machinery
E way bill raised with null amount
