Yet now only Karnataka state is implementing way bill requirement for intra state movement. In another state no way bill is required for intra state movement.
If you are from Karnataka State, then way bill is required, if Challan / Invoice value is more than Rs. 50k.
First Responsibility for generating the way bill is lies with Principal. But if Job worker is also registered, then he could also generate the way bill.
Yes it's compulsory Eway bill even if the value is less then 50k , if principal sends good to Job worker,
Principal livability to generate Eway bill, but if job worker is registered he can also generate the same
