please anybody let me know that if I am transporting material of 3 party within 50km from my factory in 1 vehicle, and each party consignment value is less than 50,000/- but if we consolidate the consigment value it's come to more than 1 lakh. Do I need to generate e-way bill for intra state for each consignment.
No not required , as per notification 12 /2018 , read with notification 15/2018, clause 7 of rule 2 in notification 12/2018 is not implemented ,
So E-way is not required if in one conveyance different consignment & each consignment value does not exceed 50 k but in consolidated to all exceed 50k then No E-way bill is required.
