one of our clients is unregistered Dealer manufacturing goods. he send to interstate for job work goods worth Rs.186000 but both are
unregistered so how to generate e-way bill for jobwork please give your valuable reply

Quick Summary
In this case the Transporter can generate E-Way Bill. Another option would be that either the Principal Manufacturer or Job Worker can register himself in the ewaybill portal and generate the requisite E-Way Bills.

When an unregistered persons causes the movement of goods through his conveyance or hired conveyance or using a service of a transporter, then the E- way bill needs to be generated either by the unregistered person or by the transporter by completing the form GST EWB01.If you do not havE GST No, you need to enter URP. Then need to enter Invoice No as Document No.
