Please elaborate the query as to who is the customer and why he is moving the goods?
if material is transporting for other than supply then eway bill is not required

customer is end user & we are selling goods to him. He is going to take the delivery of goods from our godown by paying cash & value of goods is more than rs.50000/- . So in this case e way bill is necessary or not
It will be intra-state, so if SGST/UTGST Act says e-way bill is required, then e-way bill is necessary. In many states consignment value limit is 1 lakhs. Check for your state and act accordingly.
