our business located in hyderabad we purchased an item from mumbai with warrany. and we sold to another party kerala. in kerala some repairs in item. we have to replace the item to the kerala party. how can we get the item with e-waybill.

how can we send the item from kerala to mumbai ?

can we prepare debit note ?
