if i have two invoices on same date and same part, every invoice amount 30k both invoices amounts are 60k.

If both invoices same truck, then e-way compulsory ..
No even if consignment for both invoices in same transport the Eway is not required. but note that both invoices shall not be same debtor.
Reference Sub rule (7) of Rule 138 has been kept in abeyance vide Notification 15/2018 CT ,so the rule is not in force as of today.
