i am retailor shopkeeper, yesterday i had sold the some housekeeping items to unregister person for Rs.133000-, know today i have to deliver all the items to him through battery rikshaw ( without no.).
know please confirm me its mandatory to create eway bill, if yes how it make without having vehicle no.
