an invoice value of RS.50k including tax.. supplying material within 10 kms... is eway bill is necessary

THEN NO NEED TO CREATE EWAY BILL FOR THIS. BCOZ EWAY BILL LIMIT FOR INTRA-STATE TXN IS EXTENDED TO RS 100000/-
I think only in bihar it is extended.. this case is from Karnataka
There is no such clause of distance exemption in E-way bill

There is no such rexlation of distance in Eway bill , if consignment value exceed to 50k, move by Motorised conveyance , eway is mandatory.
