it became mandatory to file e-way bills for the movement of goods interstate. The government has yet to announce an effective date for creating e-way bills for intrastate movement
As per Notification 12/2017 Eway Bill for Jobwork: 1. Intra State : Principal has to generate Eway only if value exceeds 50 .
2. Interstae : Principal has to Generate the Eway Irrespective Value of Consignment. (hence in intersate even the value is less than 50k the eway is required)
