How to take e-way bill for special transportation like ,
A vehicle carrying goods through road for about 40 km to railway station thereafter by rail and afterwards from station to godown by another vehicle through road??

sir if goods move within the state upto 50 km e-way bill is not required, but to be on a safer side you should take one e-way bill for transport up to the railway station. in this case part-b is not mandatory and second e-way bill from station to the respective godown by road.
in case of intrastate e-way bill is required even of it is 1 km distance
in case of intrastate e-way bill is required even of it is 1 km distance
