if the goods are delivered in part and the goods amount does not exceed 50k and if consolidated invoice is prepared thr invoice amount exceeds 50k amount, whether eway bill is applicable for the same. If yes what is the correct time to generate e way bill??
As per Notification 15/2018 CT,.. if the consolidated value of all invoices of different clients in one conveyance exceeds 50k , No Eway Bill is Required
