If we send a raw materials to any labour contractor, for making finished goods, by generated job work Eway bill, after one month the finished goods ready to move and
the contractor is unregistered and not able to make eway bill, so what are the documents he need to carry with him while in transit. Please help in this

In this case, the E-way Bill must be prepared either by the recepient or the transporter of goods. Other documents which are required to be carried are Invoice & delivery chalans.
Where the supplier is unregistered, the receipent is required to generate the eway bill and ensure the compliance.
In case both are unregistered, Transporter can generate eway Bill.
