value must be 50000/- and above

only inter state e way bill started or intra state e way bill also

At the meeting of Group of Ministers (GoM) held at New Delhi on 24th February, 2018, the finance Ministers of different states have recommended for the 2nd time rollout of E-Way Bill mechanism for Inter-state movement of Goods from the new financial year (i.e. 1st April, 2018) after looking at the technological preparedness of GST Network. The recommendation would be considered by the GST Council at its meeting on 10th March, 2018.

The final decision would be taken by the GST Council at its meeting.
