1. if value is less than 50000 and sending for job work to another state.
2. value is greater than 50000 and carrier through by hand via local transport I.e. auto rickshaw/bus/train etc.

1. For any interstate movement of goods e-way bill has to be raised. Hence, for sending on jobwork to another eway bill has to be raised.
2. Eway bill has to be raised for intrastate movement of goods I'd value exceeds Rs.50,000. Accordingly, eway bill has to be raised for transport through land.

In general, for Interstate or Intrastate movements, a waybill is required only if the value is more than 50,000.
1. Interstate movement for the purpose of Job work is one of the cases where it is mandatory for generating waybill irrespective of the value.
2. The strict interpretation of law says that you have to generate an EWB. Give a random number in that format, until department clarifies the issue.
