e way bill
if a person registered in UP purchase goods from out of UP and sale it out of UP also without passing into UP state I.e.transit sale than is he required to generate EWay bill??

yes he is required to generate E-way bill when there is a movement of goods of more than Rs 50,000 in value.. whether passed into state or not...in your case up state
