applicable to both. for inter state or out of state-cst waybill,

for intra state- VAT Waybill

e-way bill are applicable in both inter and out of state if you are carrying goods within or outer state.

e-way bill are applicable for both intra-state as well as inter-state on above rs. 50000

E-Way bill applicable both transactions. If your sale Rs. 50000 and above E-Way bill mandatory.

(A Chartered Accountant Said in A meeting....,

"If you will SALE/THROUGH your product to Your Opposite/Neighbour Compound Wall Customer for your Product, You ATTACHED the E-Way bill in that Product....!!!")

applicable for both intra state or inter state for goods movement worth rs > 50000
but it may be change in next gst council meeting on 18.06.2017

It is applicable for any consignment value exceeding Rs.50,000. Even in case of inward supply of goods from unregistered person, e-way bill is applicable.
