There are few options are available for this case
- Cancel the e-way Bill and issue again with correct number; or
- Inform the officer with respect to this, stating only small amount of difference; or
- Take a risk for 3 Rupess and send goods accordingly; or
- Change the invoice value (after approval from management) – make sure it reached to vehicle (amended invoice); or
- Raise a credit note for 3 rupees and make sure it reach the vehicle and attached with original invoice;
- Etc....
