if my ITR is to filled within due date... but cannot e verify with in 120.days..and it's show invalid return... how to resolve... thanx

Try to e-verify the ITR through Condonation delay with correct reason...

if your income is above the threshold limit for the relevant assesment year you are bound to receive notice.
If it's under condonotion delay .
you hv to satisfy the assesing officer the reason for delay in filing returns .
If there is a genuine delay.

if you e-verify your return even after 120 days then it will be a e-verified return because the limit of 120 days is provided for sending such ITR-V physically and signed so if in any case you can e-verify it either through adhaar and banking prevalidation then your will not be considerd as defaulted
