Do I need to e verify the revised return under 139(9), If I already verified the original return...
While doing e verification it's showing like no pending returns to e verify.
So just responding to notice under sec 139(9) and filing new ITR is enough??

How are you eVerifying ? by Adhaar or net banking or other mode ?
Go to eProceeding Tab and then check eVerify option ?
Is the revised return successfully uploaded ??
Go to my returns and check on the screen ?

The defect needs to be rectified within a period of 15 days then the assesing officer shall treat the return as invalid and other provisions as an invalid return.
