E-verification of itr

If you miss submitting your ITR-V within 120 days(or extended Due Date as notified by Income-tax Department), your e-filing will be considered as null and void. It means that it will be considered that you have not yet filed your return.

In such case, you need to file a revised return and submit fresh signed ITR-V to CPC, Bangalore or verify using Aadhar OTP.

The ITR is e-verified in March 2019 through Aadhar OTP. But it is after 120 days of efiling of ITR and the condonation is pending for approval.

AFTER E VERIFY YOU HAVE TO CHECK THAT E-VERIFICATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED OR NOT.

IN INCOME TAX WEB SITE YOU HAVE CHECK IN MY RETURN AND DOWNLOAD ITR-V SHOW THAT MESSAGE DO NOT SEND ITR TO BANGLORE. IT IS SHOW THAT VERIFICATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

NOW YOU CAN RE-VERIFY THE RETURN OR SIGN IT AND SEND TO BANGALORE. 

YOU HAVE SELECT REASON TO LATE E-VERIFY IN OTHER THAT I HAVE DONE E-VERIFY BUT PROCESS NOT COMPLETED.

The e-verification process in done on 23rd March 2019. But still it is showing pending for approval. Doubt is that if the department doesn't approve the delay in e-verification of ITR before 31st March 2019, the assessee wont be able to file ITR for AY 2018-19.

Better to revise your return. last year one of my client faces same issues

DEPARTMENT WILL PROCESS THE RETURN AFTER SUBMITTED REQUEST OF condonation AFTER TWO OR ONE MONTH.

AFTER VERIFICATION OF ABOVE OFFICER THE RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED IN NEXT ONE OR TWO MONTH.
