E Verification for AY 2022-23
Even the return is filled on or before 31.07.2022, the e filling site gives only 30 days time instead of 120 days and asking condonation request ....PLEASE GIVE CLARITY REGARDING THE Nitificatin 5/2022 dt 29.07 2022 ..please clarify this issue in e filling site.

That might be technical issue or programming issue..

There may be some temporary issues but such things are resolved as of now.
Solution is not deployed by IT Dept
The verification time is reduced to 30days starting 01 08 2022 as per CBDT notification.
But it is not applicable to ITRs filed before 31st July..

Well once demand is raised we must disagree with the same and give our explanation.

It's programming error and file rectification to process. Demand may be nullified
