Dear All,
Once we file e-TDS using RPU provided by the TIN-NSDL, it will generate FVU file, which we are supposed to upload online with the help of NSDL franchisee, but i myself have one DSC issued by TCS(specified by the NSDL), can anyone let me know whether I myself can upload the FVU file online by using that DSC, if so, plz tell me how to do that.

You can upload FVU file in web portal directly (without help of any intermediary) but to do it you will have to contact TRACES Helpline, because there are some procedures involved in it to utilize same.
