E-sugam - reg

    There is no need to worry. E-sugam is to be submitted in checkposts or when an officer of the dept checks it while transporting the goods.It is kept with you only. You must account all the transactions recorded in it properly.If necessary,the department will verify the records.......mjk

          Thanks for your reply. now we discontinue the business in karnataka. now i want to close my registration Certificate(RC). i have aproch for the cancellation but Sales tax officer need that E-sugam form and DC. but i have lost the documents.

           if i am not submit the documents i need to pay the vat for the transaction. how can i solve the problem..? Please guide me sir.

You can download your utilized e-Sugam again from department portal by log in you id. If you are not aware how to download utilized e-sugam form again let me know i will try to help you. but for the delivery challan you have to convince the authority.
