i m saleem and i wanted to know whether E-SUGAM is applicable for agarbathi industry or not.
one of our supplier said it is not neccessary for us.
so i wanted to confirm it.
so kindly help me out by informing the actual law of e sugam for agarbathi industries.
e-sugam is not required for agarbathi sales

E sugam forms are not required for Agarbathi sales. You can upload the details and take e sugam print out from the portal.
