Pls say whether E-Sugam is compulsory in the CST Sales?

Hi,
E-sugam is prescribed for dealers who are registered in Karnataka. So if the dealer who is purchasing those goods which are specified in the notification, will have to issue E-Sugam to the Vendor before goods enter the border of Karnataka.

E-Sugam is compulsory whether you purchase or sale anything outside of state.
