E-rectification u/s 154 of it act

Hello friends,

I want to file rectification u/s 154 of Income Tax Act online as i have received notice u/s 143(1).

I logged in to Income Tax efiling website. And i'm being asked to upload the recxtification upload file. Attaching the screen shot for reference.

Request you all to kindly guide me, whether i have to upload xml file generated from ITR 1 again or is there any other return for rectification?

Upload xml file generated from ITR 1 again

In Addition you must be change Date of verification to present date.

Keep both Original XML File and Rectified XML File....for future reference

firstly please take the orignal file and then reactify the error made in this orignal file and also take the screen shots of the error rectified and then generate xml of reactified file and upload this xml file. please mention the error reactified in text form in detail as well as please attach the screen shots of the reactified portion. so that department can verify the error and rectify the order issued.
