IS IT MANDATORY TO PAY SERVICE TAX THROUGH E PAYMENT FOR ALL TYPE OF ASSESSEE .ie. LARGE,MEDIUM or SMALL TAX PAYER?

No, only by whom whose tax paid during the year is more than 1 crore.

(i) It is only mendatory for those assessees who have paid Rs 50 Lakhs(in cash plus CENVAT credit ) or more in the preceedind financial year or in the current financial year.
