E_invoice vs Gst Tax invoice

I have the following questions after e_invoicing becomes mandatory :- (For supply of goods)

 1) Do we have to give print out of tax invoices ( where the IRN & QR code will be appearing)? if yes then how many copies of tax invoices  the supplier has to give print out.

2) Does the tax invoice print out require signature of authorised  signatory of the supplier ?

3) Does the vehicle has to carry the  print out of e_invoice ?

As Notification 68/2019 CT , the Sub rule (4) Inserted under Rule 48, for E-invoive & the same has been Notified By Notification 70/2019 CT & effective from 1/4/2020.

Hence it's mandatory from 1/4/2020 for Taxpayer whose aggregate Turnover in Preceding year is 100 crore.

Hence As of Today it's on voluntary basis , so need to be issue as a normal tax invoice.

From 1/4/2020 :

1. will be to share the signed e-invoice data along with IRN (same as that has been returned by the IRP to the seller) to the GST System as well as to E-Way Bill System.

2. The GST System will update the ANX-1 of the seller and ANX-2 of the buyer, which in turn will determine liability and ITC.

3. E-Way bill system will create Part-A of e-way bill using this data to which only vehicle number will have to be attached in Part-B of the e-way bill.

So after 1/4/2020 , Not require give printout, No signature Required, Not required to carry by vehicle owner

Therefore we can say form 01st April'2020. "Original for Recipient" , "Duplicate for Transporter" and "Triplicate for Supplier " copies of Tax invoices will be required no more.

Yes correct ................not required

Many many thanks Sir!

you are always welcome

I think E Invoice with QR code is mandatory and transporter / Truck driver have to keep invoice with them..
