Once you get the name approval from the ROC, you have to incorporate the Company with in 60 days of it.

But after expiry of 60days u have to file the again form 1A , but while filing again form 1A, you have to mention the SRN no of old form 1A filed by you.

So that you again get the same name.

while filing of again form 1A, you have to pay fee of rs. 250.

But MCA determines fee automatically for each Form. How can I ask MCA to charge 250/-. There is no option. Also Form 1A does not explicitly state this as the object of that Form. So, Are you Sure!  TIA !

I am sharing it with you that how we can renew the name of the Company after the expiry of 60 days.

We should use the service "Apply for Company Name Renewal" available under the tab "services" after login to MCA portal
