Its making us confirm by looking to all above messege drops that its nothing but the mvat site issue. MVAT department should look in to it on priority basis & should solve the problem before due date. Which will tend to save interest revenue arising from non filer of audit form 704.

Same Problem..MVAT department should look into it on priority basis because it is leading to unnecessary wastage of timing

Did you check the ack, since just like all even i am getting the same message, however, no acknowlegement for the same could be found

Plz Check the Ackn. Year I think You check it Last year ackn. -704.

Error in Insert in insF704_PARTI_GENERAL ORA-00372: file 15 cannot be modified at this time ORA-01110: data file 15: '+DATA/mahavat/datafile/eform704.291.886122871

Dept not receiving call and there is no reply on email about the said issue!

AND VAT AUDIT REPORT is not SUBMITTED! 

"We acknowledge that due to some technical problem the Form e-704 is not getting uploaded on the website. The problem is being resolved on top priority. Once the problem is resolved the trade will be informed of the restoration of e-704 services. "

THIS IS BEING DISPLAYED ON MAHAVAT WEBSITE. HENCE NO WORRIES.

Please go through Maharashtra Sales Tax website.Dept was acknowledged that there was a problem in uploading of E-return for 704. They have taken up  the issue , will resolve and update at the earliest.
