Changes in e-Filing this year onwards

E-Filing is compulsory for people earning more than Rs. 5Lakhs. This refers to the total income amount after claiming tax deductions like section 80 deductions.

my gross income is 5,25,000

but if i used 80 c full and 80d also should i have to file e return?

please guide me on this issue

hi ,

Irrespective of your taxable gross total income , it is mandatory to file the income tax return online...

In addition how did i fill return with form 10 e (arrear).

at which colum i can displayed this deduction?

i ask on incometax helpline but they are also not able to answer.

so please guide me how i fill e-return with arrer means form 10e
