SIR, I HAVE A PARTNERSHIP FIR. TO BE FILED ON BASIS OF 6% ON TOTAL RECEIPTS. I HAVE PAID THE TAX ALSO. NOW WHILE FILING INCOMETAX RETURN THE WEBISTE IS SHOWING THAT IT WAS AOP AND ONLY 5 OR 7 WILL BE TAKEN BUT WAS NOT TAKING JSON OF MY WINMAN FILE.. SHOULD I HAVE TO FILE WITH BALANCE SHEET, PL ACC SIR..

What is the forth letter of your PAN number?
If it is 'O" you need to file ITR 5
If it is "P" you can file ITR 4 or even ITR 5.
Wrong it will not work out.
