procedure of filing 15H form..

1) first, we have to download pdf form from it portal
2) filling up form
3) take our the print of it
4) signed by declarant and taxpayer physicslly
5) then upload it on incometax portal by selection of e-file option..
my question is...

1) is above procedure correct???
2) e-filing option is not given in portal then how to upload 15H form??? or it is sent to Bangalore department physically????

Why you want to file Form H to IT Department?
It is generally given to banks, or TDS deductor for non-deduction of TDS....
Yes...actually I am CA Final student and also learning practically...so I am searching for that....
Deductee are required to take print, fill it up or give that to deductor.
Deductor will not deduct TDS on basis of that.
than after Deductor are required to download utility of form 15H or 15G, file data of form submitted by deducted and than generate json/XML file from that and upload the same on income tax portal

Yes...is new portal not able to upload ??? as we didn't find e-filing option beside the 15H form...
