E-filing

We have tried to file e-return which has been signed by the "authorized representative" of the assessee(digital signature of authorized representative was used at the time of uploading). However we have not succeeded in uploading the return. When we tried to sort out the difficulty with the help desk, we were informed that Representative/POA(Power of Attorney) cannot file the return on behalf of assessee. Please help us out on this matter urgently.
