E-1 form not issuable due to vat return error

Hi Friends,

I have a Doubt with regards to E-1 Form in Karnataka. I had given a request for Issuing E-1 Form from department. But due to error in E-Filing of return(E-1 Sales was accidentaly ignored to be entered), department has refused to Issue E-1 form.

What can be done to get the E-1 Form? as E-Returns are more than 6 Months old, we cannot revise the return.. Is there any other way to Get E-1 Form, and rectify the error?
