Please advise on the following:
1. Is it compulsory to file quarterly DVAT returns online only or we can do manually also.
2. Is it compulsory to file Annexure 2A and 2B with quarterly returns and whether that has to be filed online only or we can do them manually.
3. Is it compulsory to file Central Sales Tax Return online only or we can do it manually.

DVAT return, annexure-24 & 2B and CST return all are mendatory to file online.

Above replies are correct at that time, but now form 31.01.2012 it is mandatory to file annexure 2A and 2B online.
i had filed the 2A etc online with my returns...
department had changed the software last month
now when i see these figures they do not match my earlier figures
If sale exceeds 60 lakh . do we have to submit the audit report along with the dvat return or some other procedure is there?
