What is the Process to cancel the old C Form (for 10-11) Issued to a Party?
We Purchased Materials from Two States but by same Dealer, and thus wrongly given one C Form to them at one place only with the total amount. Today we have online option to issue c form, but what about the old C Form which was already issued? PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER IT ?
u surrender the old C-form to the Authorities with a request to rectify or re-issue of new form in place of the old C-Form, it is not a big problem. Normally such things happens in real life.
